These terms govern your use of gullyshirt.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

GullyShirt is an independent clothing label operated by Yogeesh SJ.

2. Products

Our shirts are printed in small batches. We photograph them as accurately as we can, but screen colours vary between devices, and a small variation in print placement or shade between individual pieces is normal in short-run printing rather than a defect.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged or collected on your order and no tax invoice is issued. Prices may change at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. We may cancel and refund an order in full if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Bulk and group orders

Bulk discount codes apply at the quantities stated on the site. Bulk orders are produced against the size split you confirm and cannot be changed once we begin fulfilment.

6. Delivery

Delivery is currently limited to Bengaluru. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for timelines. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Returns

See our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Intellectual property

All artwork, photographs and text on this site belong to GullyShirt. You may not reproduce our designs for commercial sale.

9. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version live on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
