Refund & Return Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. We deliver only within Bengaluru, and we collect returns the same way — free of charge.
What we accept back
The shirt must be unworn and unwashed, free of stains, odour or damage, and in its original packaging. You will need your order number or proof of purchase.
Our shirts ship without hang tags, so there is no tag to return. Condition is judged on the garment itself.
How to start a return
WhatsApp +91 88616 64968 or email yogeeshsj11@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We reply within one working day.
Please do not send anything back before we confirm the return. We collect from you — there is no address to post to and no courier for you to arrange. Once we approve, we agree a pickup time over WhatsApp and collect free of charge, anywhere in Bengaluru.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Check your order when it arrives and tell us straight away. A print defect, a stitching fault or the wrong size sent by us is replaced free, or refunded in full if we cannot replace it. This applies whatever the 30-day window says — we are not going to argue with you about a shirt that arrived faulty.
Size exchanges
Free size exchange within 30 days, subject to that size being in stock. Collection and redelivery are both free. If the size you want has sold out, we refund you instead.
Bulk and mandal orders
Defective pieces in a bulk order are always replaced free — tell us within 30 days and we swap out the affected shirts.
Orders of 10 pieces or more are produced against the specific size split you confirm, so we cannot take them back for change of mind. Please check your sizes carefully before confirming; we are happy to help you work them out.
What we cannot take back
- Shirts that have been worn or washed
- Change-of-mind returns on bulk orders of 10 pieces or more
Introductory pricing does not affect your right to return. ₹699 is our regular price and ₹399 is an introductory price for this first run. Everything we sell is returnable under this policy.
Refunds
We will tell you once we have collected and inspected the shirt, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to post it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at yogeeshsj11@gmail.com and we will chase it.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver only within Bengaluru, India. We do not ship internationally, so international and EU cooling-off provisions do not apply to orders placed here.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
